"We each received a letter from this agent wanting us to come back to State Farm and her agency. Maybe she doesn’t even know that we were customers of hers. I don’t know. But we had both been with State Farm for decades. Our last agent passed away and we were referred to Ms Smith. We did have excellent service throughout the years with State Farm. But her employees were very rude to me and could have cared less about our business. So we changed to Matt Moles with Allstate and have been very satisfied and he has great customer service from top to bottom. Just like we had before we came to her office."
