ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency has proudly served the Amarillo, TX community since 2013, backed by over two decades of experience with State Farm in various roles. I’m a West Texas native and graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a B.S. in Business Management, as well as a proud mom of two and a big sports fan.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jamie Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Engage in conversations with existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property/Casualty license (must be willing to obtain).
SCHEDULE
- Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
- Flexible to work with your availability within our business hours
Compensation $16.00 per hour
